The Flash Click is an accessory board in mikroBUS™ form factor. It features M25P80, 8 Mb serial Flash memory modules, with advanced hardware write protection mechanisms. It supports high-performance commands for clock frequency up to 75MHz. The memory is divided into 16 sectors, each containing 256 pages. The Flash Click communicates with the target board via SPI interface and it has a LED diode (GREEN) that indicates the presence of power supply. The board is designed to use 3,3V power supply only.

What is mikroBUS?

mikroBUS is a specially designed pinout standard with SPI, I2C, Analog, UART, Interrupt, PWM, Reset and Power supply pins. It has two 1x8 headers, each with VCC and GND power supply pads.
